1.     TEAM TRIATHLON

      Team of 3 Members (Unisex)

      Member 1     Swimming     500mtrs

      Member 2     Cycling         25k

      Member 3     Running       10k

2.     IRONMAN TRIATHLON

         Swimming + Cycling + Running Total distance 35.5k

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.     Teams can have both male and female members

2.     Sequence of the events Swimming starts first, followed by Cycling and Running

3.     All swimmers shall start together

4.      All INDIVIDUAL DISCIPLINE Cyclists shall start once the first swimmer completes the distance of 500mtrs along with the FIRST Cyclist of the TEAM EVENT. The other Cyclists of the TEAM EVENT shall start once their partner completes the swimming distance and passes on the TEAM BAND.

5.     All INDIVIDUAL DISCIPLINE Runners shall start once the first Cyclist of the TEAM EVENT completes the distance of 25k and passes on the TEAM BAND to the fellow Runner. The other Runners of the TEAM EVENT  shall start running once their partner completes the Cycling distance and passes on the TEAM BAND to them.

Prizes

1.     All the Finishers shall shall get a finishing medal with the details of their particular event.

2.     The first three teams of of the TEAM TRIATHLON shall get Trophies and a cash award of 10000, 7000 &5000         rupees respectively.

3.     The first three winners of IRONMAN shall be awarded trophies and a cash of 10000, 7000 &5000 rupees         respectively.

4.   All the participants gets T-shirts, customized BIBs and post event refreshments

2.     IRONMAN                                   1000.00 INR
